By downloading, accessing, or using the SunScope application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
SunScope provides personalized solar Return on Investment (ROI) estimates and acts as a lead generation tool for solar installation scaling. The estimates provided by our engine are approximations based on available data and standard assumptions. They are not guaranteed financial results or officially binding quotes.
The App, including its original content, features, Math engine, and UI design, is owned by SunScope and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written permission.
The App utilizes third-party services including Open-Meteo for weather data and Supabase for backend infrastructure. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy conditions of these third-party services.
In no event shall SunScope, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the solar estimates provided.
